Today (October 28, 2025) at 2:27 p.m., while playing the casino game Big Bass Splash on the BetCio website, my account balance of approximately $270 suddenly reset to zero without any warning or error. During the game, there was no technical issue, disconnection, or error message of any kind.
When I contacted BetCio customer service about the issue, they told me that someone else had accessed my account and placed bets, which supposedly caused my balance to drop to zero. However, there are no such bets visible in my betting history, and no proof or documentation was provided to me.
Although two-factor authentication wasn’t active on my account, I’ve never experienced a problem like this before. My username is k**. After my balance was reset, no payments or withdrawals were made from my account, and I haven’t noticed any other changes to my account details or game history.
I’m requesting that this issue be properly investigated and that the missing balance be restored to my account.
