I've been using Betcio for 4 years without major issues, but my recent experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform. During a routine withdrawal request, my entire balance was wiped out. I immediately contacted customer service, and their explanation was shocking—they claimed it was a Bayram bonus I had supposedly used, and therefore, the funds were invalid. They also insisted I had built that balance with only ₺100, completely ignoring the real money I had deposited.
