On August 30, I deposited ₺1000 into my Betcio account via Garanti Bank. Since I had previously lost ₺1600 from my balance, I started using the site’s two-factor authentication system, which was supposed to guarantee the security of my account. Despite following every step of Betcio’s security instructions, my latest deposit was rejected as “fake” and never credited to my account.
I contacted customer service, but instead of resolving the issue, they simply told me it was “not their responsibility.” This is unacceptable. I used their own recommended security system, yet my deposit was denied, and my funds disappeared.
In total, I have now lost ₺2600 on Betcio under these circumstances. The platform’s so-called security measures are clearly ineffective, and customers are left unprotected.
I demand that Betcio immediately refund all of my missing funds and take accountability for this situation. No user should suffer financial loss after following every step of their required security process.
