I’ve been a loyal player on Betebet for years, but the platform has become increasingly unreliable in the past couple of months. My most recent issue involves a ₺600 deposit that was not credited to my account.
After contacting customer support, they first asked for the recipient's name, which I provided. Then they requested the receipt, so I sent it via my bank app. However, they refused to accept it, claiming the receipt must come directly from the bank. I followed their instructions, called the bank, and provided the bank-issued receipt. Despite this, they now claim the email attachment doesn’t open.
I even sent the receipt as a PDF, but they insist the document must be directly emailed by the bank. This process is beyond unreasonable and seems like an intentional attempt to avoid crediting my funds.
I demand Betebet to resolve this immediately and credit my ₺600 deposit. Such poor handling of a simple issue is unacceptable, and I expect a swift resolution.
