I Face Betebet Account Balance Disappeared and Need Refund

Between April 7–9, I was using the Betebet website when my account balance of $195 suddenly disappeared without any explanation. Initially, they claimed that “your account was hacked,” but instead of resolving the issue, they attempted to silence me by offering $31 as “compensation” to my account.

I did not use this amount in any way. When I insisted on pursuing my rights and filed a complaint via email with the licensing authority in Anjouan, Betebet later removed the $31 they had previously credited to my account.

I had deposited my funds via bank transfer, and in total I have been unable to access $195 of my own money. I consider this situation clearly malicious and fraudulent.

Additionally, after I reported the issue to the licensing authority, I began experiencing suspicious login attempts and attacks on the email address linked to my Betebet account. The website claims to be licensed by Anjouan, yet also displays the Antillephone logo, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity and reliability of their licensing.

I believe this platform is untrustworthy, unlawfully seizes user funds, and attempts to intimidate users into silence. I request that my full $195 balance be urgently refunded and that all actions taken on my account during this period be thoroughly and transparently investigated.

I also demand that appropriate action be taken against this platform to prevent other users from experiencing similar issues.
