At around 1:20 AM on March 19, I made a deposit of $31 to my Betgaranti account with the username 15922949 using the Jetfast method. Although the transaction appears successful and the payment was completed on my end, the funds have not been credited to my account in any way.
Since the early hours of the morning, I have contacted live support multiple times. Despite clearly explaining the situation, they claimed they could not see the deposit and insisted that the money was not received. The live support representatives repeatedly gave me delaying responses, failed to provide a clear solution, and unjustly refused to make my funds available.
Even though I completed the payment, my deposit has effectively been ignored, which has left me in a difficult situation. I request that my $31 deposit be refunded immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
