I registered on BetKanyon and started placing bets as usual. During one of my bets, I clicked the “Place Bet” button, but the system gave an error saying the odds had changed. I reviewed the new odds and didn’t like them, so I decided not to proceed with that bet. I closed the betting slip and started browsing other matches instead. A few minutes later, I exited the site without placing any bets.
When I logged back in about 20 minutes later, I was shocked to see that a bet had been placed without my permission. I never approved it, and yet the wager was live on my account. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability and control system.
I demand that BetKanyon take immediate action to investigate this unauthorized bet and compensate me for the resulting loss. Users should have full control over their wagers—nothing should be processed without clear, manual confirmation. Fix this now and ensure it doesn't happen to others.
