The deposit amount was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, and I have the official receipt as proof. Despite this, the money has still not been credited to my Betnano balance. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact customer support through email, the site’s contact form, and live chat. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever—no calls back, no email replies, and no support from the chat team. This level of neglect from a platform handling real money is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I demand that the deposit either be credited to my account immediately or refunded back to my bank account without delay. I am holding onto my payment receipt and can provide it again if necessary. Betnano must address this issue promptly and stop ignoring its players when financial transactions fail.
