I’m extremely disappointed with Betnano’s promotional campaigns. The site constantly advertises various bonuses and promotions, but actually receiving these bonuses is nearly impossible. Even though I was told I was eligible, my requests were repeatedly rejected — each time with a different excuse.
Moreover, new conditions are constantly introduced whenever I try to claim a bonus. These misleading campaigns, designed only to attract users, have completely destroyed my trust in the site. If a website promises promotions, users should be able to actually receive them.
