I have been a member of Bets10 for about 10 years, and on 18.03.2026 my Bets10 account had a balance of ₺64,820.60. While I was using the Bets10 Android mobile application on my own phone, I closed the app and when I reopened it shortly afterwards, I noticed that my balance had been reset to zero. When I checked my account activity, I saw that a casino game had been played from my account on 18.03.2026 at 23:52. At that time, I had only closed and reopened the application and I definitely did not play any game of my own free will. I never log into my account via a browser or any other site or device; I only log in and out through Bets10’s own application. A similar incident had happened to me before for a smaller amount, and at that time I assumed it might be due to my own security mistake, so I did not pursue it further. However, after that incident I was much more careful, and despite this, now a high‑value transaction has been unfairly deducted from my account. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted live support, and they directed me to the support team. Although I have been messaging live support many times and sending e‑mails to the support unit for days, I have not received any concrete response. The support team has prolonged the process by giving evasive answers instead of resolving the issue, and implied that my account was accessed as if from another location, although I clearly stated that I have never logged in from anywhere other than the application. I also specifically requested information on exactly from where, from which device, and from which IP address the casino game allegedly played from my account was carried out, but no such information has been shared with me. My Bets10 username is Serdal D***, and in all my years on this site I have never requested any refund for the money I have lost while playing. However, this ₺64,820.60 has been withdrawn from my account completely without my consent and in an unfair manner. I request that the transactions made from my account on 18.03.2026 at 23:52 be thoroughly investigated, that it be clearly explained to me from which device and connection they were carried out, and that the unfairly withdrawn amount of ₺64,820.60 be fully refunded to my Bets10 account.
