Around 10 days ago, my Bets10 account (username: moliear) was suddenly restricted, and I was banned indefinitely from all bonuses across sports betting, casino, and other sections of the site. No reason was given for this action.

In the past, I had a few successful withdrawals after winning, but shortly afterward, I noticed that every type of bonus was disabled for my account. I contacted Bets10 customer service to ask for clarification, yet I was given no explanation and no solution.

This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I demand that Bets10 clearly explain why I was banned from bonuses and remove this unfair restriction. My account has no other issues or financial losses, so I cannot understand why such a blanket ban was imposed.

I request that my case be urgently reviewed, and that I receive both a proper explanation and a restoration of my bonus access. Customers deserve fairness and clarity, not hidden restrictions with no justification.
