My membership on the Bets10 site, registered under the email g*********@gmail.com**, was suspended on August 27 with the reason cited as a “rule violation.” In the response I received, Bets10 stated that neither I nor any close relative would be allowed to re-register and that the same measures would be applied if this was attempted. However, I was never provided with any details about which specific rule I allegedly violated.
At the time of suspension, my account held a balance of ₺127,000, and now I am completely blocked from accessing it. I immediately contacted customer support again via email to request clarification, but I only received the same generic response with no explanation or solution offered.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has left me both shocked and frustrated. I demand that my account be reinstated or, at the very least, that my ₺127,000 balance be refunded to me immediately.
Bets10 must provide clear answers and fair treatment, instead of blocking accounts with no transparency. I request a full investigation into my case and expect my losses and access issues to be resolved as quickly as possible.
