Hello, I played a game on Bets10 yesterday and wanted to withdraw money after winning. They asked for some documents to withdraw my money. I sent them a receipt etc. for verification, but they froze my account. I complied fully with their verification request and even followed up via email, yet there has been no response. There's 104,000 in it, and I can't access it. I find it suspicious that these problems only start when the amount involved is high. Why do these things happen when I increase my funds? I request that this situation be resolved.
