I placed a special bet on Bets10 for the Çaykur Rizespor vs. Galatasaray match on the market “team to take the first shot.” Since I watched the match live, I know very clearly that the first shot was taken by Çaykur Rizespor. Despite this, my bet was settled as a loss by the system. I contacted customer service via email to report the issue, and at first I was told that the bet result was not incorrect. After that, I sent the match highlights along with the video evidence I had. I was then informed that this bet was evaluated as “first shot on target.” However, “first shot” and “first shot on target” are already offered as separate betting markets in the system, and I specifically placed my bet on the “team to take the first shot” market. If the match footage is reviewed, it will clearly show that the first shot was taken by Çaykur Rizespor. For this reason, I request that my bet be re-evaluated correctly according to the “team to take the first shot” rules and that the corresponding winnings be credited to my account.
