On May 25, 2025, I placed a “Over 23.5 shots” bet on the Orense vs. Aucas match via Bets10. That day, official sources showed 23 shots, so my ticket was graded as a loss. Later, those same sources updated the match to 24 shots.
I contacted Bets10 and sent them the Sofascore stats—which they always say they rely on. They replied that their official source is Flashscore, and since Flashscore showed 23 shots at the time, the bet was settled as a loss. However, Flashscore updated to 24 shots the next day as well. When I informed them again, they cited their 14-day rule and rejected my request.
Bets10’s own rules state that after 14 days, only disputes made by the account holder with official sources will be considered. I am the account holder, and I provided official sources—yet my winning bet still hasn’t been paid.
My bet slip number is 145407298667298816. The stake was $60 and I should have been paid $107, but my winnings were not credited. My account email is m***********@gmail.com**. Despite submitting all official sources and evidence, they keep dragging things out just to avoid paying. I’ve had similar issues before, and customer satisfaction is consistently ignored.
I request that my winning ticket be paid immediately.
