I want to clarify that I have no issues with Bets10 and have been very satisfied with their service. However, on February 4, 2025, I placed a 3.5+ yellow card bet on the Girona vs. Las Palmas match. According to my records, four yellow cards should have been counted, but my bet was settled as a loss.
I understand that a yellow card given to a substitute on the bench doesn’t count, which is fine. But the remaining four yellow cards were all issued to active players who were on the field, not substitutes who later entered the match.
I might be missing something, but based on the rules I’ve followed on Bets10 so far, this bet should have been a win. I have already contacted Bets10 via email and kindly request a re-evaluation of my bet slip. If this is an error, I expect the proper payout to be made.
