I deposited ₺600 into my Cratos Royal Bet account and played roulette by betting on red and black only—I did not place any bets on specific numbers. My balance grew to ₺2400, so I requested a withdrawal. Instead of processing my request, they reset my balance back to ₺600!
When I contacted live support, they falsely accused me of violating the "number betting rule", which is completely untrue—I never bet on numbers! I requested a call back during working hours, but they ignored my request. The next morning, I tried again and finally got through after a long struggle. However, they repeated the same excuse and refused to acknowledge the issue.
