On January 15, 2026, I deposited $58 into my Cratos Royalbet account, which is registered in the name of Ömer Çakmak with ID number 6289598. With this balance, I placed two sports betting slips and won a total of $554 from these bets. At the same time, by winning and losing in slot games, my balance reached $693, and in total I had a net profit of $635.
After this, I requested a withdrawal of $196 from my balance. Following my withdrawal request, my winnings in the account were canceled and my balance was reset to zero. In live support and other communications, I was only told that this was due to “site rules,” without any concrete, clear, or specific reason being provided. I was not given any prior warning, and I was not informed clearly about which rule I allegedly violated.
I have been playing on this site for about 10 years and have had very high losses over the years. I request that my net profit of $635 be fully paid to me, and at the very least, I demand payment of the $196 that I requested to withdraw.
