On October 15, 2025, around 7:03 PM, while playing the Dice Roll game on the Cratosroyalbet desktop site, I experienced a serious account security issue. I noticed that two different games were being played simultaneously under my account, and my balance suddenly dropped to zero. At the time, my balance was between ₺2,800 and ₺3,000.
I immediately reported the issue to customer support, but they simply told me that my account had been cloned and closed the matter without conducting any proper investigation. No compensation or solution was offered.
No withdrawals, transfers, or other transactions were made — only multiple games were triggered at the same time. This has never happened before, and it has completely shattered my trust in the site. I’m requesting that a full investigation be conducted, that my account security be restored, and that my missing balance be refunded.
