However, on October 1, 2025, around 4:30 p.m., I had a ₺6,000 balance in my account when I logged out of the app. About an hour later, when I logged back in, I discovered that a bet had been placed on the Avivator game without my knowledge, and my balance was almost completely wiped out. Only ₺775 remained, which I later used myself.
I immediately contacted live support and explained the situation, but they simply said, “You’re the one who played,” and closed the chat without offering any assistance. No investigation was initiated on my account, and I wasn’t able to reach support through any other communication channel. The Avivator game was clearly not played by me, yet it appears in my account history as if it was.
I expect my account to be thoroughly investigated and that my balance from the unauthorized Avivator gameplay be refunded to me.
