I have been a long-time member of Cratosroyalbet and have always used its official website for my transactions. However, I am currently experiencing a serious issue during the withdrawal process. After submitting a withdrawal request for $2,647, my balance was reduced to approximately $1,774, allegedly because I still had an active bonus from the previous week.
When I contacted live support about this issue, a dispute occurred during the conversation. Following that discussion, my $1,774 withdrawal request was also canceled, my balance was reverted back to the main account balance, and yet another excuse was presented. Additionally, although I submitted a call-back request, I never received a phone call. No clear explanation or resolution has been provided regarding my case.
I am requesting that the full amount of my deducted balance be restored to my account without any loss, that my withdrawal request be processed and paid immediately, and that I receive an apology for the unprofessional conduct and financial distress I have experienced.
