On September 5, 2025, at 20:32, I submitted a withdrawal request of 5,004₺ from my Cratosroyalbet account (username: Atombomba56) via bank transfer. To this day, the money has not arrived in my account.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed the payment had been made and even sent me a receipt. However, upon checking the receipt, I noticed the recipient name was completely different—they had transferred the money to Yusuf A** instead of me, Yunus A****.** This means the funds were sent to the wrong person.
I repeatedly pointed out this mistake, but instead of fixing the issue, I was constantly delayed with excuses. Deposits are processed instantly, but when it comes to withdrawing money, they use every possible excuse to stall or avoid responsibility.
This is the first time I have faced such a situation, and it has caused me serious frustration. I demand that Cratosroyalbet immediately correct their mistake and transfer my 5,004₺ withdrawal to my account. I also expect an apology and acknowledgment of their error, rather than denial and delays.
No one should have to deal with this level of negligence, and I urge other players to be cautious before trusting this site with their money.
