I want to share the severe loss I experienced on the Extrabet site. On December 8, 2025, my account balance of approximately $1,170 suddenly dropped to $94, and shortly afterward it was completely wiped out. They cannot show any verifiable activity related to this balance in my account—such as bets or game plays—and instead claim that third parties accessed my account. My username is “Emirerkurt90.”
I shared this issue here before, but my complaint was removed. After that, I got a phone call from the Extrabet support team. During the call, they cited reasons like two-step verification not being enabled, but they offered no concrete solution regarding the missing funds. So far, I have not received any payment.
I have been unable to recover my money since December 8, 2025, and my grievance continues. I accept responsibility for past losses on this site—I played and lost my own money. However, in this case, there is no activity I initiated; they say third parties logged in, yet they provide no evidence like a played ticket or clear proof.
Because of this, I am in a very difficult financial and emotional situation, and I really need this money. My primary request from Extrabet is that the approximately $1,170 withdrawn from my account be fully paid back to me. If they will not pay this earnings amount, then at minimum I request a full refund of the deposits I made into my account on that day across 3–4 transactions.
I want this grievance to be investigated and resolved promptly, and I expect my money to be returned along with a clear written explanation.
