I play on GrandPashaBet under the username m*. Out of my total winnings of ₺213,000, a balance of ₺93,170 was deleted from my account without any prior notice. I was then told I could only withdraw up to 80 times my initial deposit, even though I never received or used any bonus. After this, I was informed that I could request a withdrawal of ₺120,000. However, every withdrawal request I submitted was canceled—five times in total—with a different excuse each time.
First, they claimed that the first three digits of my ID number were incorrect. Then they requested documents such as my ID card and proof of residence, which I provided. Despite submitting these documents, my account was eventually blocked on the grounds that my registered address did not match the one on my residence certificate. As a result, I can no longer even log into my account.
Throughout this process, I contacted customer service both via live chat and email, but I was never given a clear solution. Using my residence address as an excuse is completely unacceptable, especially since I have successfully withdrawn funds in the past and completed identity verification multiple times.
This situation is unfair and feels like an intentional attempt to withhold my money. I demand that GrandPashaBet pays the full amount of my ₺213,000 winnings without further delays. I also have screenshots of all my conversations with support and proof of my winnings to back up my claims.
