I registered an account on GrandPashaBet, entered my details, and had my account approved. After playing games and winning, I submitted a withdrawal request, but it was abruptly canceled. I was then asked to provide excessive documentation, including proof of residence, a front-and-back ID photo, and a selfie holding my ID and a handwritten note saying “GrandPashaBet.” I complied with all their requests, but my account was permanently closed by their “risk department” with no valid explanation.
They claimed my login details were incorrect, but if that were true, why was my account approved and operational? I contacted their support team repeatedly, but they only promised to return my initial deposit, denying me my winnings. When I asked for further review or to resubmit my information, they dismissed my requests and ended calls abruptly. Even their live chat support disconnected the session when I sought answers.
