Today I made a 1,000 TL (≈ $23 USD) bank transfer to the site Holiganbet through g*** b***. When I opened the deposit section on the site, I saw options to transfer 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000 TL, so I transferred 1,000 TL — but this money did not appear in my account. I have the receipt and proof of the transaction.
When I contacted customer service to learn what happened, instead of solving my problem, they kept insisting that I send them my name and IBAN and that I needed to deposit 5,000 TL. Asking me to pay more money when my 1,000 TL is missing is extremely disappointing and raises serious trust issues.
I request that my 1,000 TL (≈ $23 USD) be credited to my account immediately or refunded to me, and that I receive a clear and direct explanation about why I was asked to send more money even though the original transfer never appeared in my account.
