Holiganbet Not Giving A Birthday Bonus And Not Informing

I have been a VIP member of Holiganbet for about 6 years and my username is “cavitg***13”. Every year until now I have regularly received a birthday bonus as a VIP privilege. My birthday this year was on 01.03.2026, but my birthday bonus was not credited to my account. When I contacted customer service about this, they told me there was no such promotion. I clearly stated that I have been a VIP member for years and have received this birthday bonus for the last 5 years, and that this is presented to us as a VIP privilege. During the year I have made investments amounting to millions on this site. Despite such high volume and long-term loyalty, there is no investment bonus, no loss bonus, and we still continue on this site only because we are used to it, yet they did not even provide the birthday bonus that is given only once a year. I request that my birthday bonus for this year be credited to my account in line with the VIP privileges that have been applied to me in previous years and that this inconsistency in communication and practice be examined and corrected.
