On 07.12.2025 around 14:00 I created a withdrawal request of 6,500 TL via Holiganbet. Although the transaction appears as “withdrawal successful” in the system, after 10 days the money has not reached my account at all.
During this period I asked about the situation every day through live support. Each time they only wrote the same messages like “wait”, “I’m transferring”, “pending” and did not provide a concrete solution. Upon their request I sent my account movements to them many times, at least five times, as video, but despite that there was no progress, the money still hasn’t been paid to me.
I find it extremely disgraceful and confidence‑shaking that the withdrawal transaction appears successful in the system while the payment of 6,500 TL has still not been made, and that they keep giving evasive answers. I want my withdrawal payment of 6,500 TL to be transferred to my account without delay and the process to be communicated to me in a clear and explanatory manner.
