I Can’t Log Into My Jojobet Account Despite Changing Password and Using VPN

I haven’t been able to access my Jojobet account since this morning, and it’s driving me crazy. The system keeps giving me an error saying “up to 5 accounts can log in from the same IP,” even though I only use my own account. I changed my password, tried logging in through different devices, even used a VPN—but nothing works.

What’s worse is that I was just playing last night and had an active balance and recent losses. Now I can’t get into my account at all to see what’s going on or recover my funds. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning. Jojobet, I need immediate access to my account. Fix this issue now and stop blocking loyal users without cause.
