On September 27, 2025, I deposited ₺23,000 into my Matadorbet account. At 16:20, I requested a ₺51,000 withdrawal, but the registered IBAN ending in 207644 had been closed months ago. Despite this, the system still appeared to approve my withdrawal request.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that since the account was closed, the money would not go through and should be returned automatically. I updated my Matadorbet profile with a new IBAN, but since yesterday, the representatives have been stalling, repeatedly saying they are “waiting for information from the finance department.”
As of now, no solution has been provided, and my withdrawal issue remains unresolved.

I’ve been stalled for hours with the same sentences; neither a clear explanation is given nor transparent information about the process. Since there are no restrictions, document requests, or account closures on my account, I cannot understand the reason for this delay.
Due to this experience, I have been victimized and my trust has been seriously shaken, so I want other users to be very careful when choosing this site. I request that my 15,000 TL fast transfer deposit transaction be immediately investigated, my balance credited to my account, and that I be provided with clear and precise information about the process.
