On September 28, 2025, late at night, I deposited ₺4,000 into my Matadorbet account via Ziraat Bank using the EFT Fast transfer method. I have the receipt of the transaction and shared it with Matadorbet support immediately after the payment.
Despite contacting customer service 4–5 times, I was repeatedly stalled with no real solution offered. They kept making excuses, and my balance still hasn’t been credited. I also have 28 screenshots of the chat conversations with their representatives (only 8 can be uploaded here).
I urgently request that my issue be resolved and that the ₺4,000 I deposited be credited to my Matadorbet account as soon as possible. I have all the necessary proof to support my claim and expect a fair resolution.
