Tipobet Customer Service Claimed Update, But My Deposit Still Missing

On September 22, 2025 at 7:45 AM, I deposited ₺100 into my Tipobet account via Ziraat Bank fast transfer/EFT. However, the money never appeared in my account.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that I had entered my last name incorrectly, but that the issue had been corrected and my account updated. Despite this, the deposited amount has still not been credited to my balance.

This is not the first time I’ve faced such issues on Tipobet, and my frustration has only grown with each repeated problem. My username is Hanimmerhaba, and I have the official bank receipt (dekont) as proof of my transaction.

I demand that the ₺100 deposit be immediately credited to my account and that Tipobet resolve this recurring issue without further delay.
