However, the money never appeared in my Tipobet balance, and the transaction does not show up in my account history.
This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue—two previous deposits also never reached my account, leaving me with a total unresolved loss of ₺1,800. Each time I contacted customer service, I was simply told “Your money did not reach us” and was dismissed without any real investigation or solution.
