On December 22, 2025, at 12:58 a.m., I registered as a new member on the betting site Matadorbet and deposited $230 using the bank FAST transfer method. During the deposit process, I also actively selected the “new member bonus” option, yet the amount I deposited was not credited to my account in any way.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted live customer support the same night. I was only told that the matter was “under review” and that I would be contacted, but no follow-up was ever provided. When I contacted live support again the next day, I was given an unfounded and illogical excuse, claiming that I might have made a deposit on another platform. This is completely false—I made the deposit through a single platform and a single transaction, and no evidence was provided to support their claim.
In short, the money I deposited has not been credited to my account, and customer service continues to give stalling, non-solution-oriented responses. This behavior clearly disadvantages the user. Matadorbet’s failure to credit my deposit and then avoid taking responsibility creates a serious issue of trust in the platform. I request that my grievance be resolved immediately, that the $230 I deposited be credited to my account without delay, or that I be provided with a formal, documented, and satisfactory explanation clearly stating why the deposit was not credited.
