On April 6, 2026, at 6:51 p.m., I deposited approximately $93 into Matbet through their official mobile website. Shortly afterward, my balance increased to approximately $9,300. I then submitted a withdrawal request of approximately $8,650, which was rejected without any reasonable explanation.
After that, I submitted another withdrawal request of approximately $7,700, and this request was also rejected without explanation. Following these rejections, my entire account balance was reset to zero.
I contacted customer support through live chat and spoke with a representative, B***. I explained the situation in detail, but she claimed that I had obtained “unfair winnings” due to a “system error.” Despite repeatedly asking what this claim was based on, I was not provided with any concrete evidence or clear explanation.
Even after insisting on a detailed clarification and explaining my situation multiple times, I was only asked to provide payment receipts. I submitted the receipts twice, yet I was kept waiting for a long time and received only vague and generic responses.
I have been a Matbet user since 2022, consistently playing on the platform and almost at a VIP level. As a loyal user, I cannot accept that my winnings were arbitrarily canceled and my balance was wiped out without justification.
This approach is clearly unfair, lacks transparency, and undermines user trust. I demand that my full winnings of approximately $9,300—especially the withdrawal requests of approximately $8,650 and $7,700—be paid to me in full without delay. I also request a clear, detailed, and written explanation of the exact reason my account balance was reset.
Otherwise, I will pursue all legal and administrative remedies available to me and continue to share this issue, along with supporting documents, across complaint platforms and social media.
