On December 19, 2025, at around 10:08 PM, I registered on a website that I believed to be the Matbet site through a Google search and deposited $115 into the site. Even though the deposit transaction was approved, the amount never appeared in my gaming account, despite waiting for a long time. I also logged into the site using SMS verification, which made me believe that this was truly Matbet’s official website.
However, the fact that I was able to log in with SMS verification on what I later realized was a fake site has confused me and raised serious security concerns. When I contacted the site’s live support, I was told that my deposited amount was considered an “under-minimum balance” and that I needed to increase my total balance to $230 for the money to be credited to my account. They claimed that if I deposited this additional amount, the funds would immediately appear in my gaming account.
This request made me suspicious, so I asked for a refund of the $115 I had already deposited. However, my refund request was rejected. When I contacted them again afterward, I only received irrelevant responses, such as being told to follow their updated website addresses or Telegram channels, and no concrete solution was offered regarding my issue.
I am requesting that the $115 I deposited either be fully credited to my gaming account or that it be refunded to me in full after collecting my IBAN details.
