On November 18, 2025, at 22:12, I deposited $118 into my Matbet account via bank transfer. However, even after a long time had passed, the amount I deposited has not been added to my account.
There is no change in my account balance, and I did not receive any error message regarding the transaction. I messaged live support, but I have not received any response. I have the bank receipt for the deposit.
