On November 22, 2025 at 21:31, I deposited $12 into my Tipobet account using my credit card, but even after more than an hour the amount has not been credited to my account. I have the bank receipt for the transaction.
When I contacted live support about the issue, I was told it was a general problem and made to wait repeatedly, but no concrete solution was offered and the funds still haven’t appeared in my account.
I demand that the $12 I transferred be either credited to my Tipobet account immediately, or if that is not possible, refunded back to my credit card. I also want a clear explanation as to why this delay occurred.
