On November 28, 2025, I deposited $589 into my Tipobet account via the instant transfer method. Even though I submitted the receipt after the transaction, several days have passed and the money still has not been credited to my account.

When I contacted live support, they told me the transaction had been forwarded to the finance department. However, despite the time that has passed since that conversation, I still have not received any update, and the amount I deposited has not been added to my account.

I request that this deposit be urgently reviewed, that the full $589 be credited to my Tipobet account, and that a clear explanation be provided to me.
