On November 20, 2025 at approximately 21:38, I made a bank transfer of $590 via Garanti Bank into my Tipobet account. Despite this transaction, the funds have neither been credited to my account nor refunded to me.

I contacted live support and customer service multiple times, but I was repeatedly stalled and offered no concrete solution. My money wasn’t credited, no refund was issued, yet I was left waiting throughout this process.

I request that the full amount of $590 be refunded to me immediately. I also specifically state that I do not wish to be contacted or messaged by the site any further.
