Pusulabet Deposit Issue - Transfer Not Reflected In Account

On 18.11.2025, I transferred ₺400 through TEB Bank to a cloned payment institution and electronic money company. The reference number for the transfer is 00519969. My username on my Pusulabet account is y****. However, even after two days, the amount I deposited has not been reflected in my account. During this time, I contacted both Telegram support and regular customer service multiple times, as well as by phone. Each time, they asked me to fill out a form. Even though I completed all the forms correctly, I kept receiving the same response: “Please wait, we will get back to you.” Yet no solution has been offered, and no one has returned my call. I have never experienced an issue like this before; this is the first time. I request that the ₺400 I deposited be transferred to my Pusulabet account as soon as possible.
