I placed a ₺4300 bet on the Immersive Roulette table provided by Evolution Gaming through the Superbet platform. However, due to a server error, my wager was never accepted by the system. The problem is, although the bet was not placed, the amount was still deducted from my account—and it was never refunded.
I contacted Superbet’s live support immediately. They admitted that the issue was on their end and confirmed it was a server-side error. They even logged it under the reference number SD-2834024. Despite this, they told me to send an email instead of resolving the issue on the spot. I sent the email as instructed, but I have yet to receive any proper follow-up or resolution.
This is unacceptable. I did everything by the book, and now I’m being ignored after losing a significant amount of money due to a technical error on their side. Superbet and Evolution Gaming must take responsibility and refund my ₺4300 immediately. If a user loses money through no fault of their own, the platform must act quickly to fix it—not make them chase answers.
