I recently created an account on Superbet and decided to test the platform by sending a small deposit via bank transfer. I followed their instructions exactly and transferred the money to the IBAN number listed on their site. However, the funds never appeared in my account.
When I contacted live support, they told me there was no record of any deposit—even though I provided the payment receipt and full transaction history from my bank account. Despite clearly proving that I made the transfer, the issue remains unresolved. No refund, no credit to my account, and absolutely no accountability.
This experience made it clear that Superbet is not a trustworthy platform. If a simple deposit can disappear without a trace and support refuses to help, how can users feel safe investing more?
I demand my missing funds be credited immediately. Superbet, stop ignoring your users and fix this issue. Your credibility is on the line.
