At no point during betting or payout did I receive any error messages. When I contacted customer service, I was told that there was a “technical error caused by staff” and that my bet had been refunded at 1.00 odds. This explanation is unacceptable, as I clearly won the bet and the difference between my stake and the partial payout is significant.
