1xBet Bonus Not Credited After Placing Bets As Promotion Required

I am writing regarding a promotion I participated in on 1xBet, displayed as a campaign in the app. The terms stated that if I placed 5 bets of CAD 50, I would receive a bonus. I fully accept that my bets were not successful; my issue is that, despite fulfilling the conditions, I did not receive the promised bonus. On 27/11/2025, from my 1xBet account with user ID 1903846***, registered in Canada and using Canadian dollars, I placed the required 5 bets of CAD 50. According to the promotion rules, the bonus was supposed to be credited within 24 hours after the settlement of the 5 bets. As of now, 48 hours have passed and no bonus has been credited to my account. I contacted 1xBet by email regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. This situation makes me feel misled by the promotion, as I participated in good faith and strictly followed the stated conditions. I kindly request that 1xBet review my account and the relevant campaign and credit the missing bonus that I am entitled to under the promotion terms.
