I was enticed by the welcome bonuses offered by 1Xbet, but instead of adding bonuses to my betting account I have headache! 17th of April I added almost $500 to my new account but got zero bonuses. After meeting all the requirements for a bonus, my account was still not credited adequately. I attempted to clarify the situation with customer service, but their responses were evasive and did not resolve my issue. I feel misled, as the bonuses were a significant reason I chose this platform. A lack of transparency has left me deeply disappointed.
