On November 18, 2025 and November 21, 2025, I made two separate payments totaling $24 from my Akbank account to my 1xbet account (username: k**890, user ID: 23**331). These payments were canceled in the system by the 1xbet finance department, but the funds were neither credited to my gaming account nor refunded back to my Akbank account.
Even though I have the Akbank receipts for both transactions and have repeatedly contacted live support, I continue to be stalled with no accurate or clear information. The transactions were canceled, yet the $24 owed to me has still not been returned.
For this reason, I request that the full $24 from the transactions dated November 18 and November 21 be refunded to my account promptly, without any issues. Otherwise, I want to make it clear that I am considering taking legal action.
