1xbet 8.000₺ Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful Bank Transfer

Yesterday, I deposited 8.000₺ via Akbank mobile banking into the IBAN provided by 1xbet. Immediately after the transfer, I received a message stating “transaction declined”, yet the money was successfully withdrawn from my account and transferred to 1xbet’s account. I have the official receipt as proof.

Even though more than 24 hours have passed, the deposited amount has still not been credited to my 1xbet account. I contacted customer service multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I only received automated replies with no real assistance. I also submitted the payment receipt several times, but no progress has been made.

This is not the first time I have faced such an issue—on a previous occasion, the problem was only resolved after I raised a formal complaint through external channels. I should not have to go through the same frustrating process again.

I demand that my 8.000₺ deposit be credited to my account immediately and that 1xbet ensure deposits are processed quickly and reliably in the future to prevent further customer frustration.
