On October 29, 2025, at 1:07 p.m., I transferred $19 from my İş Bankası account to my 1xBet account. However, the deposit never appeared in my balance. I was told that I needed to merge my two accounts, which I did, but even after doing so, the deposit was still not credited.
Since that day, I have contacted live support multiple times every single day, but each time I get different answers and no real solution. The deposit method I used is now no longer visible on the site, and I was told to create a new deposit request using the same method, which is impossible. I’ve sent my receipt multiple times — through the website, by email, and via live chat — but after four days, there’s still no result.
I request that either the $19 be credited to my 1xBet account or that my money be refunded immediately. I ask that my issue be resolved urgently, as this situation has caused ongoing frustration and financial inconvenience.
