Yesterday, I made a deposit to my 1xBet account using my bank card. The transaction was successful on the bank’s side, but bookmaker support told me that no money was received on their end. As of now, I am still “waiting” since 14:00 on 23/11/2025. Customer support keeps telling me to “wait,” so I have no other choice. Maybe filing a complaint will help.
